The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings with Morocco Tour Marrakech
Booking Info :
By booking your tour with Morocco Tour Marrakech you will be accepting these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services pursuant to a booking made by you.
Booking Procedures & Payments :
Once you agree on the quoted itinerary and price, we will raise a detail itinerary and invoice with payment details. Your booking will be confirmed when we receive 50% deposit of your invoice. We accept payments by wire transfer from you bank or credit card while you are in Morocco.
Changes to your booking :
We will make all possible to make amendments to your booking with no additional charges. However, travel within 20 days of the start of your trip it might not be feasible. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm to us your request in writing. Again we will try to accommodate you so there are no extra charges, but we cannot guarantee it. If changes are not possible to make in your booking, for whatever reason, you have the choice of proceeding with your holidays originally booked or canceling and paying the cancellation charges as mentioned below.
Guest Cancellation Policy :
If you are obliged to cancel your booking you should write immediately an e-mail to Morocco Tour Marrakech . The following charges and timescales will apply : • Cancellation over 8 weeks before arrival date- 30% of holiday cost (deposit) • Cancellation 6-8 weeks before arrival date- 50% of holiday cost • Cancellation 4 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of holiday cost • Cancellation under 4 weeks before arrival - 100% of holiday cost payable
Cancellation By Morocco Tour Marrakech :
Moroc Surf reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel your holiday. However, in no case will we cancel your holiday less than 8 weeks before the scheduled departure except for reasons of ‘Force Majeure’ which include war, political unrest, strikes, acts of God, epidemics, natural and technical disaster, closure of ports and aircraft or unless the customer defaults in the payment of the balance of the holiday price as specified above. In circumstances where we are unable to provide the holiday you have booked, we will return to you all monies paid, or offer you an alternative holiday of a similar standard.
Documentation :
You have responsibility for ensuring the possession of valid required travel documents. Your passport must be valid for the date of your return and should contain a blank page for the visa on arrival stamp. You should also have a return ticket booked. Visa requirements differ country to country and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that all passport and visa requirements are met prior to arrival in Morocco.
Travel Insurance :
It is your responsibility to obtain adequate travel insurance before your trip. Everyone booking a holiday with Morocco Tour Marrakech must have full travel insurance. Morocco Tour Marrakech accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or injury to persons or property during their stay. Clients should satisfy themselves that any travel insurance arranged is what they require and should arrange supplementary insurance if need be.

Special Requests :
If you have any special requirements (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance or others) you must inform us before you confirm your booking. We will pass the information onto our suppliers to ensure safe and enjoyable holidays. If there are special requests we cannot meet, we will advise you prior to booking your trip. Please let us know of any preferences that you might have while making the reservation (hotel locations, bed configurations and others) and we will try to accommodate all your requests. No compensation will be paid if such requests are not fulfilled.
Privacy & Confidentiality :
We take full responsibility to ensure security measures are in place to secure your private and confidential information that you have provided to us during the booking. The information collected from you will be used to make reservations with hotels and third parties, to arrange your travel requirements. We will share your special requirements with relevant suppliers to ensure your safety and enjoyment. In making a booking with us, you consent to this information being passed onto the relevant persons. We reserve the right to use photographs and case studies on our website and social media pages for publicity purposes. If you do not wish us to do so please advise us at the time of booking.
General Info :
Morocco Tour Marrakech start and finish where stated on your booking confirmation. We are not responsible for your travel to or from this point or for any expenses, including travel accommodation, subsistence and loss of earnings, caused by delayed return to your departure point, howsoever caused.
