Imlil to Talamrout — A Day Above the Valley

Imlil to Talamrout — A Day Above the Valley

Travel from Marrakech to Imlil with the shared group. Meet the local guide and begin the climb through the Tamatert valley, passing village paths before the ascent towards Tizi n'Tamatert. Beyond the pass, the route continues through pine-covered slopes towards Talamrout.

Pause for the valley views and a Moroccan lunch, then descend with your guide to the vehicle. Around 14 km and 900 m of ascent make this a substantial walking day. A short camel ride is included on the transfer route, with its place in the day coordinated by the team. Return to Marrakech after the full-day outing; the guide adjusts the mountain route to the conditions.

Meals: Moroccan lunch and mint tea. Bring drinking water and snacks for the walk. Included: Shared return Marrakech transport, local hiking guide, lunch, mint tea, short camel ride on the transfer route and planned local fees. Personal hiking equipment and optional rentals separate.
