Itinerary

Day 1

Palmeraie and Ouzoud — Camels, River Paths and Cascades

Palmeraie and Ouzoud — Camels, River Paths and Cascades

The shared route leaves Marrakech with a camel stop in the Palmeraie before continuing toward Ouzoud. This ride is near Marrakech, not at the waterfall site. The road then crosses agricultural country with practical pauses, making the journey itself a significant part of the day.

At Ouzoud, meet the local guide for the walk into the cascade area. Steps and sloping paths bring changing views of the water and red-brown cliffs. Wear closed shoes with grip and keep belongings protected from spray. The included short boat ride operates according to local conditions; it is not a swimming excursion.

There is time for lunch at your own expense before the group returns by road. Wildlife may be seen, but sightings are not promised and feeding animals is not part of the programme. The order can adjust to conditions. Keep the return evening free of a tight flight or train connection.

Meals: No meals included. Included: Shared return transport, Palmeraie camel ride, Ouzoud local guide, boat ride and scheduled local fees.
